Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Accu-Fab-Systems AFS3650 REV. D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acs-Motion-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accuray parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Action-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acs-Motion-Control such as the MC4U00644 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3069828001 manufactured by Accuray and we are pleased to be able to service most Accuray systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q4980000 by Manufacturer Action-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Accuweb Brand ST2701001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adalet such as XCE122408N4 equipment made by Adalet have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70101247010124 by Action-Instruments and XCE122408N4 spares by Adalet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
